Real Authentic Docs processes government-issued documents on behalf of clients. Once processing has commenced with a government authority, refunds may be limited. Please read this article carefully before submitting your application.

Real Authentic Docs is committed to providing fair, transparent refund and cancellation terms. This policy explains under what circumstances you are entitled to a refund, the process for claiming one, and any exceptions that apply to specific document services.

This policy applies to all services purchased via our website, telephone, or in-person at any of our offices. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this refund policy.

Refund Eligilibity

Within 24 hours of payment: Full Refund – 100% refund if no processing has begun. No questions asked

24-48 hours after payment: Full Refund – 100% refund if we have not submitted to the authority.

42-72 hours after payment: Partial Refund – 50% refund. Administration and preparation costs are deducted.

After Authority Submission: No Refund – Once submitted to the government authority, no refund is possible.

Cancellation windows are measured from the time of payment confirmation, not order placement.

How to Request a Refund

STEP 1: Contact Us

Email us at: refunds@realauthenticdocs.com or call +1 (900) 555-3627 within your cancellation window.

STEP 2: Provide Details

Quote your order ID, full name, document type, and reason for cancellation.

STEP 3: Review

Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days and confirms eligibility.

STEP 4: Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

Circumstances where refunds cannot be issued

All fees paid directly to government bodies, embassies, or authorities are strictly non-refundable once submitted. These fees are beyond our control.

Due to immediate nature of emergency processing, all emergency service fees are non-refundable once the order is completed.

All postal and courier charges are non-refundable once a dispatch label has been generated, regardless of whether the item has been collected.

Any service that has been fully completed and delivered – including digital document authentication – is not eligible for a refund

Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

We encourage all clients to contact our support team before initiating a charge back with their bank. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably within 2 business days of contact.

Chargeback Warning !!!

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and may constitute fraud under UK Law. We cooperate fully with all card issuers and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please email disputes@realauthenticdocs.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our finance team will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
